To prepare for your medication review, follow these steps:

- Note any changes: Record any recent changes in your health, such as new symptoms or medications you have stopped or started.
- Prepare your questions: Think of any questions you have about your medications, like side effects or interactions.
- Be honest about adherence: Talk to your doctor about any difficulties you have in taking your medications as prescribed.
